WHERE DOES THE TOUR START/END AND WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION
We are located a few blocks from Celebration Food Truck Park. All tours start and end at Bayshore Inn & Docks which is located at 2864 Riverview Dr, Naples, FL 34112 . All cruises are 1.5 hours and we suggest arriving 20 minutes early and don't forget to bring your beverages (wine/beer) and snacks. Tours start at the exact time of the tour start time you sign up for.

PARKING?
Parking is available right by the boat at Bayshore Inn & Docks. There is a parking lot right in front which is on the corner of Bayshore and Riverview Dr. The entrance to parking is on Riverview Dr. If you are traveling south on Bayshore from US 41, go past Celebration Park for a few blocks (it will be the 4th street on your right side after you pass the Food Truck Park) and turn right on Riverview and the parking lot is on your right side.

IS IT HARD TO PEDAL?
You don't even need to if you do not want to pedal. But it is not at all hard and we have a motor to help if you like! Our riders always comment on how surprisingly EASY the CycleBoat is to pedal. There are no hills on the waterways in Florida and we can raise and lower the paddlewheel to increase or decrease resistance.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET READY FOR MY TOUR?
Dress comfortably, according to weather. Sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended. You and your party will need to sign the necessary waiver prior to departure. If under the age of 18 a legal guardian must sign before you can hop on.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Not on public cruises but you may on private cruises as long as your group is fine with it.

DO YOU SELL DRINKS/WHAT CAN I BRING TO DRINK?
Short answer No, but Naples CycleBoat is a private charter for hire which allows you to BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS! Yes you read that right! Beer and Wine are allowed!!! You must be 21 or older (and have ID to prove it) if you plan on drinking adult beverages on the CycleBoat. We will provide ice and coolers and suggest bringing water also.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full boat cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to receive a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days then you will receive a rain check. Cancellations on the same day of cruise or no shows are not entitled to a refund.
• In the event that extreme weather causes the cancellation of your tour, each passenger will be provided a rain check or refund.
• Some cancellations with refund may result in a small CC/Processing fee.

SAFETY & ARE YOU USCG APPROVED?
Safety is very important to all of us of course and we are a Coast Guard inspected vessel. All CycleBoats go through a rigorous inspection and we must go through training with our certified Captains and the local USCG.

RULES
Must be 21 to drink.
No Swimming, Kegs or Glass.
Must follow Captain's rules!
Must have a good time!

We ask all riders to show the same level of respect to our boat, Deckhand and your Captain as you would any other upscale venue. Groups exhibiting excessive intoxication or other inappropriate behavior will have their tour immediately terminated, without refund.
